Each year we send letters to client families that we have had the privilege to serve asking if they would like to write a message on a ‘heart’ in memory of a loved one they have lost, we then place the hearts on our tree which is on display in our reception until twelfth night. The initiative open to anyone who would like to leave a message on our tree, not just past client families of the Co-operative Funeralcare.
